Another good day talking copyright, licensing and streaming at the Dar Es Salaam HQ of the British Council. This was the view from my hotel at dawn this morning, with the Indian Ocean off there in the distance. I think that might be the Omani Embassy down in front, though I am basing this on the fact I can see their wifi network on my iPhone.
